We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Important: Custom-made items cannot be returned for buyer's remorse, but we do accept exchanges for sizing issues and offer free replacements for defective items.

Email us at orders@showuporshutup.org with your order number and the size you need
We'll provide return instructions and a return address
Ship the original item back to us (customer pays return shipping)
Once we receive it, we'll ship your new size at no additional cost
Note: You're responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
We stand behind our quality. Defective items are replaced free of charge.
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we'll send you a replacement at no cost to you—including free return shipping.
